2012 Annual Meeting Prospectus

These events provide you with the exclusive opportunity to showcase your products and services to the large and influential audience attending our programs.

Booth Package

The booth rental fee is $3,000 for an in-line booth; $3,500 for a corner booth. Booth space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rental Fee Includes:

8' x 10' booth in Exhibit Hall
6' skirted table
Two chairs
Wastebasket
Identification sign
Pre-registration list provided two (2) to three (3) weeks in advance of the conference
Final roster of attendees provided four (4) to six (6) weeks after the conference
Company contact information and 50-word description in the On-Site Program distributed to all attendees
Admission to educational sessions and social events
Four (4) complimentary badges included; additional badges available at $50 each
