He has been involved in most of the decisions that presently shape bad faith law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He presently serves on DRI's Board of Directors and previously chaired DRI's Insurance Committee. He compiled and edited the first edition of the Compendium of Bad Faith Law in 2002 and has served as lead editor for each biennial update.
