Christine was a partner with the law firm Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, where her practice focused on construction claims. She handled all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals. Christine received her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University, with a major in Sociology in 1994. She received her Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1999, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Angela DiDomenico, PhD earned a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with an emphasis in Human Factors Engineering, at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia. Dr. DiDomenico also earned an M.S. in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a B.A. in Mathematics at The University of Connecticut, Storrs, Connecticut. She is a Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE). Prior to joining ARCCA, Dr. DiDomenico spent 10 years working as a research scientist in the Center for Physical Ergonomics at the Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

Kirk Wolf attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and his Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. Kirk began his career in Colorado as a project engineer as a structural engineering consultant designing residential and commercial structures. He comes to S-E-A from Jacobs Technology where he was the Senior Civil/Structural Engineer at NASA Langley Research Center. Kirk is currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in 17 states and performs examinations and evaluations of existing structures to determine the presence, extent, and/or cause of damage to building components as a result of partial or full collapse, storm damage, water intrusion, fire, vibration, blasting, or other phenomena. Kirk provides investigation and consultation for a variety of projects, including, but not limited to, structure, roof, and building envelope/fenestration failures, means of ingress/egress, code compliance, workplace accidents, underground utilities (storm/sanitary sewer, steam, and potable water), and potentially defective construction and/or design.
