William P. Barnette
Home Depot

William P. Barnette is Associate General Counsel for The Home Depot and is a member of the Company's Legal Senior Leadership Team. He leads the Company's Commercial Litigation team, which has responsibility for The Home Depot's most significant commercial and business litigation, including consumer class actions, IP disputes, antitrust, vendor and customer disputes, and shareholder matters. Prior to his current position, Mr. Barnette was responsible for managing The Home Depot's class action and other complex commercial litigation. In that role, over a decade Mr. Barnette led the successful defense of more than 200 class actions. Mr. Barnette also founded, and co-chairs with the Company's General Counsel, The Home Depot's Investigations Council.


The Honorable Hildy Bowbeer
United States District Court for District of Minnesota

The Honorable Hildy Bowbeer was appointed a Magistrate Judge for the District of Minnesota in June 2014. Prior to her appointment, she managed IP litigation at 3M Company in the U.S. and internationally. Judge Bowbeer received her J.D. from the University of Michigan. In 1985, she became one of the seven founding partners of Bowman and Brooke, where she had a national practice in product liability litigation before joining 3M. She is a judicial advisor to the Sedona Conference. She also serves on the Federal Practice Committee for the District of Minnesota and co-authored its Guide for Practitioners on electronic discovery. Judge Bowbeer speaks frequently on litigation management, electronic discovery, and ADR.

Ms. Brickell, who serves on the faculty of Columbia University's Executive Master of Science in Technology Management, frequently writes and speaks on topics related to technology, data management, and professionalism in the age of AI.

Mark is faculty for the Federal Judicial Center in Washington, D.C., the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada, the University of Minnesota and the Mitchell Hamline Law School. Mark is also a professor in the cybersecurity program at the St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mark completed his postgrad studies in cybersecurity at Harvard University and is certified as a Seized Computer Evidence Recovery Specialist (SCERS) by the Department of Homeland Security. After graduating from law school, Alan Page worked as an attorney for a law firm in Minneapolis, then served seven years as an attorney in the office of the Minnesota Attorney General.
