The Litigation Issues & Trends Subcommittee is charged with recommending issues, litigation trends, and unresolved legal questions that are of interest to the Center, DRI, DRI’s members, and DRI members’ clients to the Amicus Committee, as well as identifying and tracking cases where such issues, trends, and questions are being raised.
