ALI Task Force Subcommittee

This Task Force is responsible for monitoring the ongoing work of the American Law Institute (ALI) to evaluate what ALI activities are potentially important to DRI members and their clients. The Task Force works with DRI’s Substantive Law Committees and the SLDOs to consider the possible impact of ALI’s work on the defense and its clients. This Task Force then considers whether the Center should provide input to the ALI and, if so, how.
