The Federal Rules Task Force evaluates issues involving the Federal Appellate, Civil and Evidence Rules. It drafts appropriate changes to rules and drafts comments on proposed changes to rules and, through the Litigation and Rules Committee, recommends action on those to the Center Management Council.
