MDL Working Group Subcommittee

The MDL Working Group has been tasked with evaluating developments affecting multidistrict litigation legislation and rules; drafting appropriate changes to rules and drafts comments on proposed changes to rules affecting these cases; and, through the Legislation and Rules Committee, recommending action on those to the Center Management Council. The working group also assists SLCs on issues involving MDL issues.
