Kathy Byrne, Cooney & Conway, has been practicing in the field of asbestos litigation since graduating from law school in 1988. She exclusively represents plaintiffs in product liability litigation at both trial and appellate levels. She has secured multi-million dollar jury verdicts in many asbestos trials. In addition to being licensed to practice law in Illinois, she is also a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Trial Bar, the Seventh Circuit Appellate Bar, and has also argued, by special permission of the Court, before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Bankruptcy Court. |

Morgenstern serves as the Managing Partner of O'Hagan Meyer's Philadelphia and New Jersey offices where he specializes in advising, investigating, containing, and defending claims and allegations against his clients, especially during difficult times. He has earned the rating of AV Preeminent, the highest possible rating in professional and ethical standards from Martindale-Hubbell. |
Stacy Piazza ISG
Stacy Piazza started in the arena of Medicare Compliance in 2007 working for one of the largest MSP service providers at that time. Over the last 14 years, Stacy has held positions in sales, account management and operations, and has spent over 9 years dedicated solely to Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. Prior to joining ISG as a National Account Manager, Stacy held the role as VP of Compliance for Franco Signor (now Verisk). Stacy has worked intimately on the conditional payment side of MSP compliance and helped developed comprehensive programs for self-insureds, TPA's and Carriers alike to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance with constant evolution of Medicare rules and regulations. Stacy is passionate about partnerships and values being a trusted resource to navigating the ever-changing components of MSP Compliance. The process of simplifying Medicare compliance from the decision maker level to the desk level is her passion. Stacy holds a CMSP designation. |
Randi Thorpe Allstate Insurance
Randi Thorpe is a Senior Design Consultant for Allstate Insurance. She assists with designing best practices around governmental insurance providers. She maintains an adjusting license, her SCLA designation and is a member of the Medicare Advocacy Recovery Coalition. |
