This webconference is designed to help attorneys understand the moral and ethical issues and obligations that arise when an attorney suffers from substance abuse, of whatever nature. In addition to discussing various requirements and duties under laws in different jurisdictions, this course will cover the obligations that a firm might have to its clients when a problem arises in the firm setting. Finally, this course will discuss warning signs and symptoms that may indicate that an attorney suffers from substance abuse problems, and suggest ways to encourage the attorney to seek help or treatment.

ERISA Benefits Litigation
