The registration fee includes: Admission to all non-ticketed events; Comprehensive CD-ROM containing speaker and session information will be sent in advance if registered by October 1, 2012; Continental breakfast each morning; Refreshment breaks; Admission to all CLE programs; Opportunity to purchase tickets to the Award's Luncheon and President's Gala. To ensure your name is listed on the advance registration list distributed at the Annual Meeting, DRI must receive your registration on or before October 1, 2012. (Please allow 10 day for mailed registrations). Registration received after October 1 will be processed on-site.
In-house counsel are eligible for a reduced registration rate to the DRI Annual Meeting. In-house counsel are defined as licensed attorneys, who are employed exclusively by a corporation or other private sector organization, for the purpose of providing legal representation and counsel only to that corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries. In order to qualify for the reduced registration rate, the individual must also be a DRI member and a member of DRI's Corporate Counsel Committee.
SILENT AUCTION
DRI Public Service Committee will host its 3rd Annual Silent Auction, with proceeds this year benefitting the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence (NFJE). The auction will be held in conjunction with the DRI Annual Meeting, October 24-28, 2012, in New Orleans. A chance to bid on fabulous prizes will be available to you all week in the Exhibit Showcase, with the final night of bidding to take place during the President's Gala.
HOTEL INFORMATION
DRI has secured a limited number of rooms at discounted group rates at the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70130. Please make your room reservations by utilizing the hotel reservation link provided on this page or directly with the hotel at 504.581.1000, and be sure to mention the DRI 2012 Annual Meeting to be eligible for the special rate of $238 Single/Double. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made by September 26, 2012, to guarantee these special rates. After September 26 or sooner if room block capacity is reached, this rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available. Reservations require a credit card guarantee or a deposit of the first night's room and tax. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of arrival date.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
No special discounts are provided for the Diversity for Success or Young Lawyers Seminars, Fidelity and Surety Roundtable, Defending Drug and Medical Device Litigation Young Lawyer Primer, the DRI Annual Meeting, or any non-CLE DRI meeting. For all other seminars, the first and second registrations from the same firm or company are subject to the fees outlined above. The registration fee for additional registrants from the same firm or company is $50 off the member rate, regardless of membership status. All registrations must be received at the same time to receive the discount.
CLE ACCREDITATIONS
REFUND POLICY
The registration fee is fully refundable for cancellations received on or before August 24, 2012. Cancellations received between August 25 and September 26 will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September26. All cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing. Substitutions may be made at anytime without charge. All refunds will be processed and mailed within four weeks of the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.
