About the Committee
Class action issues are central and critical to the interests of the defense bar. Many of the briefs written by the Center's Amicus Committee in recent years have pertained to cases with class action aspects. The mission of the Class Action Task Force is to monitor major class action cases throughout the country and to recommend action to the Center, and ultimately the DRI Executive Committee on legislative or judicial rule reforms.
