Class Action Task Force Subcommittee
The Class Action Task Force evaluates developments in federal class action law and significant developments in state class action law. It drafts appropriate changes to rules and drafts comments on proposed changes to rules and, through the Litigation and Rules Committee, recommends action on those to the Center Management Council. The working group also assists Substantive Law Committees (SLCs) and State and Local Defense Organizations (SLDOs) on issues involving class actions developments.
