DRI anticipates providing approximately 8.75 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) at the Annual Meeting, including two (2.00) hour of Ethics.
Accreditation will be requested from every state with minimum continuing legal education (MCLE) requirements. More information will be finalized closer to the meeting.

Join us for CLE on the Go, a unique blend of legal education and city exploration! Participants walk Chicago’s Magnificent Mile while listening to expert insights on emerging litigation trends, including platform liability in Doe v. Lyft, federal claims against nursing homes post-Talevski, associate retention strategies, and the evolving role of electronic data in litigation. Additional sessions cover AI in the courtroom, social inflation, personal jurisdiction expansions, and labor law preemption. Each topic is paired with a Chicago landmark, creating a dynamic learning experience that combines professional development with cultural immersion.
