DRI Cares and Blessings in a Backpack
DRI Cares is delighted to be partnering with Blessings in a Backpack for this year’s Annual Meeting.

Please join us in supporting Blessings in a Backpack, an organization that mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for school-aged children across America who might otherwise go hungry. Annual Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to fill bags of food on the way to Business & Bites. Feeding a child before you feed yourself is a wonderful way to support children and families in need.

Hunger has both short- and long-term negative effects on children’s health and ability to succeed. Blessings in a Backpack mobilizes communities, individuals, and resources to provide food on the weekends for elementary school children across America who might otherwise go hungry. Blessings in a Backpack aims to provide 3.4 million hunger-free weekends this school year for kids across the United States.
