The DRI Foundation continues its mission of service and support at the 2026 DRI Annual Meeting, empowering members to give back to their communities and the host city of Washington, D.C. Through fundraising, outreach, and wellness initiatives, the Foundation channels resources into programs that uplift lives—whether through advancing diversity, promoting mental and physical well-being, or fostering meaningful connections within the legal profession.
At the heart of these efforts are two dynamic, volunteer-driven committees:
By participating in the following Foundation activities at the Annual Meeting, attendees directly contribute to these impactful programs. Every donation and volunteer hour helps strengthen the legal community and extend DRI’s values far beyond the conference walls.
DRI Cares is proud to support Friendship Place at this year’s Annual Meeting. Friendship Place is the premier housing service provider for people experiencing homelessness in the DC region. Their innovative, customized, person-focused programs, including Veterans First, empower participants to rebuild their lives, find homes, get jobs, and reconnect with friends, family, and the community, permanently!
Please join us on Thursday, October 22 at 12:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall to make care kits for veterans and others in the DC community who are experiencing homelessness.
DRI Cares is dedicated to giving members the opportunity to support amazing organizations through fundraising
and volunteer activities. Help a great cause and connect with your peers through DRI Cares events.
