Accounting Analyst
We are seeking a highly capable and self-directed Accounting Analyst to support both client-facing and internal accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where each client presents unique financial structures, operational nuances, and evolving needs. While you will work closely with our internal finance team and external CPA firm, success in this position depends on your ability to take initiative, apply sound judgment, and navigate questions and/or challenges with confidence to ensure accuracy and a positive experience for each client in your portfolio.
This position requires a solid foundation in accounting principles, strong business acumen, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities such as onboarding new clients or implementing new
processes. It is best suited for professionals who excel in environments where situations may not always align with predefined procedures. Critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a proactive mindset are essential. We also value team members who bring forward ideas for process improvement and contribute to our collaborative, solutions-oriented culture. This is a full-time that reports to the Vice President of Association Management Services at DPS-AM.
