Updated Marketing Process Effective June 2023

The Marketing Department has implemented a new process designed to streamline the volume of requests and better manage the successful execution of all projects. All requests for marketing support must be submitted through one of the forms below.


Marketing Request

  • Campaigns and projects that include multiple components (i.e. copywriting, community posting, creative images, video, etc.) should be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the deadline.
  • One-off requests such as a blast email should be submitted at least 3 days prior to the deadline if no graphic design is required and 5 days prior if graphic design support is required. Urgent requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case-basis.
  • Example: email, graphics, PDF design, etc.

Website Request

  • Website includes DRI, The Center, CE21 Learning Center, and DPS.
  • New webpage (seminars, membership campaigns, etc.) and JotForm requests should be submitted at least 1 week prior to the deadline.
  • Any other requests should be submitted at least 2 days prior to the deadline. Urgent requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case-basis.
  • If there are issues with the website, it will be addressed immediately.
  • Example: adding/removing text, adding sponsor logos to a webpage, updating speakers, adding/removing a question in a form, uploading documents and creating them as links, etc.
