Group Health Plan (GHP) and Non-Group Health Plan (NGHP) Responsible Reporting Entities
(RREs) fail to meet their Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) reporting obligations. The text of the

The Final Rule will become effective on December 11, 2023.
