Drug and Medical Device
About the Committee
The Drug and Medical Device Committee is the preeminent organization for attorneys who represent the manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biologics and other products created to provide health benefits to consumers. The Committee holds an
annual seminar each Spring bringing together outside and in-house counsel to network and to receive education on current developments in the substantive law in this practice area and practical instruction on trial strategies as well as expert witness
issues. In addition to this event, throughout the year the Committee hosts monthly virtual meetings and its members contribute to various DRI written publications. There are many opportunities to become involved for both new practitioners as well
as seasoned attorneys, whether they are in private practice, in-house, or risk management.
