About the Committee
The DRI Workers’ Compensation Committee provides a forum for those interested in the defense of workers' compensation claims and cases. Through our podcasts, publications and virtual programming, you will learn of the most important issues facing our industry and will be informed of the latest legal trends and practice tips from the leading practitioners in the country.
We have multiple ongoing projects and we are always looking for members who seek to be active in our committee. Our main project is Comp Conversations, a workers’ compensation podcast where we feature clients and attorneys to address various issues. Additionally, we hope to offer our members the opportunity to meet online on a regular basis to trade practice tips and develop multi-jurisdictional client relationships. We plan to conduct these meetings in collaboration with other DRI committees whose substantive legal issues cross-pollinate with the experience and knowledge of our committee membership.
