Below is an article by Reuters reporter, Erica Teichert which details the new requirement established by the U.S. District Court for the Northern California District. That court has become the first federal court to order disclosure of third-party funding agreements in class action suits.

This is an issue of great importance to DRI members and their clients and DRI’s Center for Law and Public Policy is preparing a white paper on this issue to be completed in the spring.
