DRI has expressed our concerns over the Proposed Final Draft of the Restatement of the Law – Liability Insurance. In particular, we are troubled by several provisions that are at odds with the common law of insurance or would impede the ability of our members to represent policyholders pursuant to the tripartite relationship.
