DRI comments on the CMS-6061-P; Medicare Secondary Payer and Certain Civil Monetary Penalties

DRI files comments opposing several provisions of proposed Penalty Rule under Section 111 reporting requirements of the Medicare Secondary Payer laws. In its current form, the rule (85 Fed. Reg. 8793) would impose substantial penalties upon thousands of US companies and municipalities for technical reporting mistakes.  To read comments click here.
