DRI Files Statement with Defense Bar/Business Support Group in support of Proposed Revisions to Mass. R. Civ. P. 30 & 30A

DRI, the nation’s largest civil defense bar organization, has filed a statement with other organizations supporting amendments to the MA Civil Rules 30 & 30 A. If adopted, the amendments would dramatically decrease the number of depositions except for asbestos cases.
