Thanks to DRI President Lana Olson and DRI Center for Law and Public Policy Vice Chair John Guttmann for their testimony this morning before the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure in support of proposed amendments to FRCP 16 and 26 regarding privilege logs and proposed FRCP 16.1 regarding MDL proceedings, respectively. They elaborated on the Center’s recently filed comments on the proposals.
