Center Files Amicus Brief on Mass Arbitrations

The Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) should receive uniform application across federal circuits. This ensures arbitration achieves its basic purpose of enforcing arbitration agreements and resolving disputes efficiently, predictably, and at minimal cost. The Center submits this brief in support of Petitioners, arguing that the Court should grant certiorari to restore FAA's primacy over modern arbitration procedures.
