Essential Relationships Among Members of the Risk Mitigation Supply Chain

Do firms and carriers understand the challenges they each face in their respective businesses? What are those challenges? Which ones are real and which ones are perceived? How can we create a more productive and lasting relationship? What steps can counsel and carriers take to resolve relationship challenges successfully? What role should the carrier client have in solving those challenges and providing advice to their panel firms? Can defense firms compete in attracting and developing talent in light of market forces? What can firms do to meet the needs and expectations of their carrier clients and deliver client value in a targeted way? How can carriers and outside counsel thrive (or survive) in the era of remote work when attorneys are expected to be "on call" 24/7, and insureds seem to require the same of their insurers and defense counsel?
